HIFIREELS aims to provide a welcoming, creative, respectful and safe digital environment where people can express themselves, share content, discover talent and interact with others.
These Community Guidelines apply to everyone using HIFIREELS, including users who publish content, participate in discussions, interact with others, manage accounts or use any available Platform feature.
By using HIFIREELS, you agree to follow these Guidelines, our Terms and Conditions and applicable laws.
We encourage creativity, individuality, healthy discussion and respectful differences of opinion.
You must not:
Disagreement and criticism are permitted when expressed without threats, targeted abuse or other prohibited conduct.
You must not create, upload, share, promote or facilitate content that is unlawful or violates these Guidelines, including:
Context matters. Educational, documentary, newsworthy, artistic or awareness-related content may be assessed in context, but context does not excuse unlawful conduct or content prohibited by these Guidelines.
Do not use HIFIREELS to exploit, coerce, threaten or sexually harass anyone.
You must not publish or distribute intimate images or recordings of a person without the consent required by law. You must not request, create, distribute or promote sexual content involving minors.
Sexual solicitation, coercion, trafficking, grooming and other exploitative conduct are prohibited. Content that violates applicable laws or platform requirements may be removed, and accounts may be restricted or reported to the appropriate authorities where legally required or appropriate.
Users must not deceive others in ways that cause harm or undermine trust.
Prohibited conduct includes:
Parody, fan accounts and fictional characters must not be used to deceive others about a real person's identity or an official affiliation.
You must not use HIFIREELS to conduct or promote scams, fraud, phishing, pyramid schemes, deceptive financial offers or other dishonest activity.
Do not:
Commercial promotions, sponsorships and advertising must be truthful, lawful and appropriately disclosed where required.
Respect other people's privacy, dignity and personal boundaries.
Do not publish or expose another person's private information, including home addresses, personal phone numbers, private communications, account credentials or sensitive records, without an appropriate legal basis or permission where required.
Do not secretly record, distribute or exploit another person's private or intimate material in a way that violates their rights or applicable law.
Do not use another person's likeness, voice or identity to mislead, defraud, harass or sexually exploit them.
Only upload, publish or distribute content that you created, own, are authorised to use or are otherwise legally permitted to share.
You must respect copyright, trademarks, music rights, image rights, privacy rights and other applicable legal protections.
Do not upload stolen videos, unauthorised music, copied artwork, counterfeit branding or another person's work in a manner that infringes their rights.
If you believe content on HIFIREELS infringes your rights, submit a report through reports@hifireels.com with enough information for us to review the claim. We may remove or restrict disputed content and take further action as required by applicable law.
Users are responsible for exercising care when interacting with others online.
Do not pressure, threaten, blackmail or manipulate people into sharing personal information, intimate content, money or gifts.
Do not use HIFIREELS to arrange unlawful activity, exploit vulnerable people or facilitate abuse.
If another user makes you feel unsafe, use available reporting or blocking controls, stop interacting where appropriate and contact the relevant authorities if you believe there is an immediate threat or serious crime.
HIFIREELS cannot guarantee the identity, intentions or conduct of every user. Please exercise caution when trusting people you meet online.
The safety and dignity of minors are especially important.
Content or conduct involving child sexual abuse, grooming, sexual exploitation, trafficking or other abuse of minors is strictly prohibited.
Do not encourage minors to share intimate content, reveal sensitive personal information or engage in dangerous activities.
Do not use the Platform to target, exploit, endanger or manipulate children. Reports involving suspected child exploitation may be escalated or reported to appropriate authorities where required by law.
Users must follow all applicable age restrictions and child-safety requirements.
You must not use HIFIREELS to promote, facilitate or sell illegal goods or services, encourage serious criminal conduct, evade law enforcement or provide instructions intended to cause serious harm.
Content involving regulated products or activities may be restricted where required by law or applicable Platform policies.
Do not use the Platform to threaten public safety, incite violence or encourage dangerous challenges that could reasonably result in serious injury.
Where content has been digitally altered or artificially generated, do not use it to impersonate real people, fabricate evidence, defraud users, create non-consensual intimate material or cause other serious harm.
Where applicable law or HIFIREELS rules require disclosure of materially manipulated or artificially generated content, users must provide that disclosure.
Content may be restricted if it is deceptive, harmful, unlawfully uses another person's identity or violates applicable requirements.
Where HIFIREELS offers contests, promotions, rewards, virtual items or commercial opportunities, users must follow the specific rules communicated for the relevant activity.
Do not manipulate entries, voting, rankings, eligibility, rewards or results. Do not use fake accounts, collusion, automated activity or fraud to obtain an unfair advantage.
Do not make false claims about prizes, earnings, endorsements, sponsorships or redemption options.
Availability, eligibility, value, redemption and other conditions for any promotion or virtual item are governed by the applicable rules and disclosures. Do not mislead users into believing that a virtual item or reward has a cash value or can be redeemed for money unless that is expressly confirmed by the applicable official terms.

When submitting a report, provide the relevant account name, content link or other identifying information and a clear description of the concern. Please include supporting information where appropriate and lawful.
Do not submit knowingly false, malicious or abusive reports. We may take action against misuse of the reporting process.
If you face an immediate threat to your safety, contact the appropriate local emergency services or law-enforcement authority rather than relying solely on an in-app report.
We may review reports, available content, relevant account information and other context to assess whether these Guidelines, our Terms and Conditions or applicable law may have been violated.
Depending on the circumstances, we may take action such as:
We consider the nature and severity of the conduct, the available evidence, potential harm, repetition, applicable law and other relevant context. We may take urgent action where reasonably necessary to protect users or comply with legal obligations.
We do not promise that every report will result in removal or that every violation will be detected. We may prioritise reports based on severity, urgency, risk and applicable legal requirements.

Please include your account details, information about the action you are challenging and the reason you believe the decision should be reconsidered.
We will review appeals according to the procedures we make available and applicable legal requirements. Some restrictions may remain in place while a review is pending, particularly where necessary to address serious safety, security or legal risks.
HIFIREELS may take action in response to valid legal notices, court orders, government directions or other legally binding requirements.
Where permitted or required, we may preserve or disclose relevant information to comply with law, address serious safety concerns, investigate suspected unlawful activity or protect the rights of users and others.
These Guidelines establish expectations for use of HIFIREELS. They do not guarantee that all content will be accurate, appropriate, lawful or safe, or that every violation will be identified before users encounter it.
Users should exercise judgment, protect their personal information and report serious concerns.
We may update these Guidelines to reflect changes in the Platform, user safety needs, applicable law or our moderation practices.
The updated version will be published on our website or made available through the Platform. The “Last Updated” date will be revised. Continued use of HIFIREELS after an update is subject to applicable law and the relevant updated terms.
